Located between the Moulay Rachid Police Prefecture and the Commercial Court, the hourglass-shaped site led to the creation of two distinct buildings: a theater to the east and a cultural center to the west. The theater, monumental and symmetrical, meets acoustic and visual requirements, while the cultural center, open and inviting, integrates seamlessly with the surrounding residential neighborhood.
The complex's architecture departs from the formality of surrounding buildings to embrace a contemporary approach. Innovative construction techniques, such as reticulated floors and post-tensioned slabs, are combined with an environmentally conscious approach, emphasizing energy performance and material quality.
