The KFG Industrial Park, located in the municipality of Ouled Saleh near the Victoria City urban hub, spans an area of 15 hectares. This industrial park benefits from a strategic location with excellent accessibility and visibility along the dual carriageway P 3013, which connects the A7 motorway to Victoria City.

The park's development is set within a rapidly expanding urban context, surrounded by industrial zones and large-scale production units. The design is tailored to meet the needs of industrial investors by offering flexible and adaptable spaces.

The park is conceived as a multifunctional platform, incorporating industrial, logistical, and tertiary zones. Activities within the park must adhere to strict non-pollution criteria, as specified in the project requirements. Additionally, the project includes tertiary lots with three floors and ground-floor commercial space, each with a minimum area of 1,400 square meters, distributed along the park’s built frontage.

These spaces are designed to balance commercial needs with the industrial identity of the site, creating an equilibrium between functionality and architectural integration within this developing environment.
